Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the experimental Exit Oura Daily integration and its operational guidance.

Purpose
Exit Oura Daily is an experimental personal self-management tool that uses authorized Oura data to produce summaries, identify patterns and suggest operational priorities.
Experimental service
The service is an early prototype and may contain errors, incomplete data, delays or interruptions.
Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued without notice.
Not medical advice
The service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring.
Information generated by the service must not replace advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Users experiencing an acute health or safety concern should contact appropriate professional or emergency services.
User responsibility
The user remains responsible for decisions made using information from the service, verifying important information, protecting account credentials, granting and revoking access to Oura data, and seeking professional assistance when appropriate.
Oura authorization
Oura data is accessed only after the user grants permission through Oura’s authorization process.
The user may revoke the integration’s access through their Oura account.
Availability and accuracy
No guarantee is made that the service will always be available, accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
Oura data may be delayed, incomplete or affected by device synchronization and data availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, High Priority AS is not liable for indirect losses, decisions made based on generated recommendations, unavailable data or interruptions in the service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the Exit Oura Daily Privacy Policy available at humanautonomystudy.org/privacy.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the prototype and its functionality develop. The current version will be published on this page.
