How Exit Oura Daily processes authorized Oura data for personal self-management, longitudinal observation and recovery-support workflows.

About this integration
Exit Oura Daily is an experimental personal self-management and recovery-support tool operated by High Priority AS as part of the Human Autonomy Study and Exit Framework development work.
The integration connects to the Oura API only after the user gives explicit authorization. It uses authorized Oura data to create summaries, identify patterns and provide personalized operational guidance.
Data we may process
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, the integration may process the following categories of information:
- Sleep duration, timing, stages and sleep scores
- Readiness and activity scores
- Resting heart rate and heart-rate variability
- Stress and recovery measurements
- Temperature deviation
- Steps, workouts and activity information
- Dates and timestamps associated with these measurements
- Basic Oura account information when specifically authorized
How the data is used
The data may be used to produce daily and weekly summaries, classify operational capacity, suggest appropriate workload and recovery priorities, identify trends over time, maintain a personal Life Archive, and improve the Exit Framework and Exit Field Layer prototype.
The integration does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring.
Service providers
Data may be processed through third-party services necessary to operate the integration, including Oura, n8n, Google services such as Gmail or Google Sheets, and OpenAI services when AI-generated summaries or analysis are enabled.
Data storage and security
Authentication credentials are stored in secured credential systems and are not intentionally stored in emails or spreadsheets.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the personal archive, analysis or development of the integration.
The user may revoke Oura access through their Oura account and may request deletion of stored data by contacting the operator.
Sharing and sale of data
Personal Oura data is not sold and is not shared for advertising purposes.
Data may only be disclosed to service providers necessary to operate the integration, when required by law, or with the user’s explicit consent.
User rights
The user may request access to stored personal data, correction of inaccurate information, export of available data, deletion of stored data, or withdrawal of consent.
